Bunker vs Verity Building Blocks

Use Bunker vs Verity building blocks by role, compare shell, access, support, and terrain pieces, and verify current costs and durability safely.

Bunker vs Verity building blocks should be chosen by job, not by the largest number on an old list. Use shell blocks to close routes, access pieces to preserve movement, supports to create safe firing angles, and terrain or cover pieces only when they improve channeling. Read the live card for price, durability, unlock, and footprint before placing anything.

Block role index

Core role

Shell pieces

Purpose: close direct routes and absorb repeated contact.

Inspect: cost, durability, width, height, placement collision.

Status: category is stable; exact inventory is current-menu data.

Movement role

Access pieces

Purpose: controlled entrances, ladders, ramps, or return paths.

Inspect: interaction, clearance, teammate passing, enemy access.

Status: individual behavior requires live testing.

Defense role

Support pieces

Purpose: platforms and positions for useful firing angles.

Inspect: footprint, stability, blind spot, line obstruction.

Status: placement value depends on current turret behavior.

Shaping role

Terrain and cover

Purpose: channel movement or protect a player position.

Inspect: collision, height, gaps, enemy path response.

Status: tactical effect must be observed in a test wave.

Current community material has shown names such as Studded Grass, Ladder, and Plasteel in build interfaces. Treat those names as checked community observations, not a complete permanent catalog. If the card is absent, renamed, or has different properties in your server, the live build menu wins.

Read every live card the same way

First identify the currency. A coin price and a premium purchase are different decisions even if the cards sit together. Next read the unlock condition, quantity, size, and any durability or health value. If a field is not displayed, do not infer it from color or appearance.

Compare the footprint against the gap you need to close. A strong narrow piece may leave an unintended route; a cheaper broad piece may complete the shell. Check height from the turret’s point of view because a wall can protect the bunker while also blocking automated fire.

Place one unfamiliar piece during preparation and test collision. Walk around it, try the intended access route, and view the lane from the player’s and turret’s positions. Do not buy a full set until the first one performs its role.

Shell blocks: coverage before strength

Use shell blocks to remove direct paths toward the protected bunker. Begin with the outer edges and corners, where small placement gaps are easy to miss. Look from enemy-facing and interior sides. A seam that appears closed from one angle may remain passable from another.

Finish affordable coverage before replacing every piece with a stronger material. If the front wall survives while enemies enter from a side, more front durability does nothing. After a test raid, strengthen the surface that received repeated hits and repair the pieces that already proved useful.

The strongest displayed option is not automatically efficient. Compare its price with a turret, gun, repair, or bunker-health improvement. A material upgrade is worthwhile when wall survival is the first failure, not when the damage line is idle or an entrance is open.

Access pieces: movement is part of defense

An underground room needs a route that players can enter and leave under pressure. Current recordings show ladder-like access among the building options, but exact names and behavior can change. Test whether the piece can be climbed consistently on your device and whether another player can block it.

Doors, hatches, ramps, or openings must be treated as both player paths and possible enemy paths. Observe whether they alter routing during an early wave. Keep a second interior maneuver area so the whole team does not stack on one interaction prompt.

Avoid decorative narrowing around the route. Camera collision, turret models, traps, and teammates all consume space. A clean rectangular passage often performs better than a detailed corridor.

Support pieces: protect the firing angle

Use supports when they solve a specific angle problem. Raise a turret if low cover blocks distant targets, or create a player platform if it gives a clear view without exposing the fallback. Check the blind zone beneath the position and make sure the support itself does not open a path.

Support pieces can become expensive clutter. One tested platform is better than several heights that split turret coverage. Keep the gun line close enough to the shell for repairs and leave enough space to move around each defense.

If a support is destroyed or moved, understand what depends on it. The public information available does not establish every structural support rule. Test the current behavior instead of assuming realistic physics or permanent attachment.

Block selection FAQ

Which block should I buy first?

Buy the affordable piece that completes the exposed shell. Upgrade material after a test identifies repeated wall damage as the first failure.

Is Plasteel always the best choice?

Plasteel appears in current community coverage, but its availability and values are update-sensitive. Compare the live cost and durability against the rest of the build before deciding.

Do ladders stop enemies?

Do not assume access pieces are defensive barriers. Test pathing during a low-pressure wave and protect the route if enemies can use or attack it.

Block names beyond the official general building feature are community observed. Current inventory, values, collision, and unlock rules require in-game confirmation.
