Bunker vs Verity survival is an endless escalation problem. The official description confirms that Verities keep coming and the game becomes harder the longer you survive. Prepare a complete shell, clear firing lanes, equip guns, keep repair money, and treat every early wave as a test of the route. Later, respond to enemy behavior instead of relying on unofficial names or a frozen boss schedule.

Start with the failure: use Survival Guide for the complete run, Waves Guide for pacing, Verity Enemies for a behavior index, and Boss Guide for large durable threats. Wave milestones and boss labels are community reported unless the current game displays them.

Choose the survival guide

Survival Guide

Prepare, begin low, hold the lane, bank before collapse, repair the first failure, and extend the next run.

Run the survival loop

Waves Guide

Read early, pressure, and long-run phases without assuming one permanent enemy count or final wave.

Plan wave pacing

Verity Enemies

Classify threats by speed, grouping, wall pressure, digging, size, and durability when official names are unavailable.

Open the behavior index

Boss Guide

Handle a large durable threat by clearing dangerous adds, preserving distance, focusing fire, and protecting the bunker.

Prepare for major pressure

Prepare before pressing Start

Walk the plot and close unintended routes. Leave one controlled approach where turrets can acquire targets before wall contact. Dig an underground fallback with enough room to turn and return, then test the route with teammates.

Equip both held gun slots if the current interface provides them. Community walkthroughs report that loadouts lock during a raid; check the current behavior and prepare early. Keep Coins for repair instead of converting the whole balance into one extra purchase.

Open the raid panel and read the selected starting wave, skip behavior, and any warning. Current guides say skipped waves may not provide their rewards. Begin where your defense can produce useful observations.

Read waves as phases

Early waves reveal paths and sightlines. Watch where the first Verity approaches, where turrets begin firing, and which wall receives contact. Fix route and angle problems before increasing pressure.

Middle pressure tests sustained damage, reload timing, repair access, and team roles. Ordinary packs can become more dangerous than one large target if they surround the shell while everyone focuses forward.

Long-run pressure adds more health, density, behavior combinations, or large durable threats in current community observations. The official promise is escalating difficulty, not a fixed public sequence. Read banners and enemies on screen rather than memorizing one guide’s wave table.

This index remains useful even when names change. Do not invent a formal name, rarity, or spawn wave for a behavior the current UI does not label.

Defend without abandoning the bunker

Fight inside the planned damage network. Let turrets begin work, use held guns on the target that threatens the shell, and reload behind coverage. Chasing one enemy away from the plot can expose the hatch to the rest of the pack.

In co-op, keep a builder or responder close to bunker health while other players cover the main lane and side pressure. Call the lane, problem, and action. When a durable threat arrives, decide whether ordinary adds are the immediate breach risk before every player changes target.

Use the underground room to break contact or recover, not to ignore the surface. Current reports of digging behavior mean the fallback must stay navigable and armed.

End and improve the run

Community guides advise using the current End Raid flow to bank progress before a likely wipe. Read the confirmation and result screen in your version, because settlement rules are not a permanent official guarantee.

After the run, record wave, time, enemies, visible rewards, bunker health, first damaged wall, idle turret, and retreat problem. Repair the first failure. Change one variable so the next run shows whether the fix worked.

Do not treat a deeper wave as the only success. A run that reveals and fixes a blind spot can produce more future progress than one lucky overextended attempt.

Survival checklist

  1. Complete the shell and main approach.
  2. Confirm turret sightlines and both gun slots.
  3. Keep repair funds and a clear underground route.
  4. Start at a pressure level the bunker can test.
  5. Stay near automated coverage and watch side routes.
  6. Respond to behavior rather than unverified enemy names.
  7. Bank or end through the current UI before a likely loss.
  8. Repair the first failure and repeat one step harder.

Survival FAQ

Is there a final wave?

The official description calls the Verities endless. Do not plan around a final wave unless the current mode explicitly shows one.

When do bosses appear?

Current guides often mention pressure around waves 5 and 10, but there is no fixed official schedule here. Read current banners and enemy behavior.

Is underground safe forever?

No. It is an official fallback tactic, while community guides report digging or bypass behavior. Keep an exit and return to the defense when possible.
